About
The BIPOC Rise Moor Healing Center is a Multicultural Community Leadership Development Organization designed to uplift fallen humanity and teach those things necessary to make us better citizens. The BRMHC empowers communities to take on leadership roles to drive positive change and address local issues. Our programs, training, and workshops will enhance leadership skills, foster community engagement, and promote social and emotional responsibility. These assertive approaches are crucial in building more robust and thriving communities in the City of Roses.
Our vision is to establish moral rejuvenation and implement healing justice by erecting healing centers in every BIPOC community in Oregon. Every BIPOC community needs a hub for Community Leadership Development & Economic Optimism. We aspire to become a pivotal nucleus to create a multi-generational impact.
Our Programs
Where To Start Program
This program is formed to cultivate comprehensive components surrounding the fundamentals of our 4 core initiatives: Civic Engagement, Financial Intelligence, Agripreneurship, and Health & Wellness. Our program is for all ages with an emphasis on the BIPOC community.
In Portland, Oregon, the BIPOC community grapples persistently with a range of challenges, including hate crimes, economic limitations, community self-esteem issues, food insecurity, and climate change inequities. In response to these complex issues, our organization has developed the "Where To Start" program as a comprehensive solution aimed at revitalizing the BIPOC community from within.
The Where To Start program is thoughtfully designed to address internal challenges and empower the BIPOC community. By focusing on internal empowerment, the program aims to equip community members with a diverse set of skills. These include essential comprehension and communication skills, as well as a nuanced understanding of executive functions related to financial intelligence, civic engagement, and the adoption of agrarian and plant-based vegan lifestyles.
These integrated components form a holistic approach, creating a robust foundation for a stress-tested system that fosters life skills and nurtures entrepreneurial mindsets within the community. The program's focus on these four main components aims to address not only systemic barriers but also break the cycle of adversity that has left the BIPOC community particularly vulnerable.
To support the implementation of this program, our organization seeks donations and grant funding. This financial support will enable us to cultivate a prosperous future for the BIPOC community in Portland, addressing the challenges they face and promoting lasting positive change.
We recognize the importance of making the program accessible and inclusive, taking into account the diverse needs and perspectives within the BIPOC community. Regular assessment and adaptation based on community feedback will ensure the program's ongoing effectiveness and relevance.
We are optimistic that the "Where To Start" program will contribute to the resilience and self-sufficiency of the BIPOC community, fostering positive and lasting impacts in Portland.

The formation of our collective is deeply rooted in key virtues, including humility, trustworthiness, empathy, and a sincere open-minded approach. In our infancy as an organization, we recognize a significant opportunity gap that presents room for growth, learning, and the acquisition of wisdom essential for our mission of uplifting fallen humanity. Our moral compass serves as the foundation, instilling the confidence needed to contribute to the healing justice that individuals and communities rightfully deserve, addressing both immediate needs and systemic shortcomings.
This endeavor marks a long-overdue stride towards karmic reconciliation, moral rejuvenation, and, above all, social equity. It is our commitment to navigate this path with dedication and purpose, contributing to a positive transformation that benefits both our immediate communities and the broader bands of our American society.
